Conditions

The prices include water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning consumption, as well as Wi-Fi connection, where available. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of € 200 is required,to be paid in cash at check-in.

Mandatory charges (to be paid at check-in)
- Initial cleaning: studios €60, two-room apartments €70, three-room apartments €80, four-room apartments €90
Upon departure, the apartment must be left in order, free of trash, with the fridge empty and dishes washed. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the guest; otherwise, a penalty of € 30 will be applied.

‍-Tourist tax €1.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, exempt for children up to 14 years old (based on the arrival date)

Optional charges (to be paid at check-in)

- Bed linen and bath towels (not provided unless requested) €15 per person per change, to be requested at the time of booking or within 7 days of arrival. The set includes sheets, pillowcases, towels for the shower, face, and bidet. Alternatively, guests can provide their own. Beds come with only mattress protectors and pillow covers.
- Travel cot: €30 per stay. Limited availability, not all apartments provide them. 
- Small pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed upon request. An additional fee of € 50 applies.
- Garage (where available) € 10,00 per day
